Charity
- How does it work with charity?
Bali Islander.com is in good cooperation with local foundation that helps to preserve culture and nature in continuity of Bali Island. Every USD25 of your total purchase will give you one point with USD 0.25 valued.
Example:
Booking “A” hotel at USD150 per night for 5 nights
Total payment: USD750 (30 points)
30 Points x USD 0.25 = USD7.50 automatically goes to charity
- Do you have a prove that you really do the charity in all your booking?
We will personally send you a report by email.
Payment Method
- How is the payment method if I book through Bali Islander.com?
All the payment is made directly to the hotel / villa. Once your inquiry is confirmed you will need to give your credit card details to guarantee the booking, we will pass the information to the hotel / villa you choose.
- Can I send my credit card details by fax?
Yes. We will send you form with fax number in email and you can fax directly to the hotel / villa.
- What if I prefer not to pay with credit card?
You can do bank transfer. Most of the accommodation will require deposit to guarantee booking. We will inform you bank account details of hotel / villa if you prefer this method of payment. Please email us the receipt of your bank payment so we can inform to the hotel / villa.
Cancellation
- Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can email us for any cancellation but please refer to our Term & Conditions in our booking confirmation.
- Does Bali Islander will refund if there is a cancellation?
It has nothing to do with Bali Islander.com because all the payment made to the hotel / villa. The policy of each accommodation is different from the other; please refer to the term & conditions of the accommodation you choose in our booking confirmation letter.
